MIRACLES FOR THE WORKPLACE
Matt 28:19-20
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Have we discipled a nation? I am speaking about every aspect of society. It is those in the workplace that are already aligned for impact in the nation. These workplace ministers already have the spheres of influence and relationships to affect the nations.
Miracles are a key for discipling nations and it is time we begin to contend for the miraculous. We can no longer think we will rescue our cities by bringing them into our structures. We need to get out of our structures and into society.
The church is where we train and launch from to transform our territories. Workplace ministers are called to fill their area of influence with the demonstration and presence of God. The place where we change society is also the place where we disciple nations.
Jesus tells us we are to heal the sick and tell others “The Kingdom of God” has come near them. This is advertising the miraculous. Luke 10:1
After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go.
Jesus tells them “go before me and advertise to your city through the miraculous”.
The Salvation Army used to take out a full page of advertisement in the newspaper where they were holding meetings. They would inform others there were going to be healings and miracles. Have we given into a politically correct spirit?
Where is the church when the fields are white for harvest? We are in a building and we don’t even have a plan for our cities.
Who is going to receive the commission to release miracles to your city? Those of you in the workplace are on the front lines. You cannot be reluctant to lose our reputation when there is a lost and dying world out there that needs a visible display of the power of God today. |
